Custom Domain

Description: The "Custom Domain" feature allows you to access your application using a personalized domain name instead of the default domain provided by the hosting platform. This enables branding, easier access, and a more professional appearance for your application.

Usage: Enter the custom domain name that you want to associate with your application. Once configured, users can access your application using this domain name instead of the default domain provided by the hosting platform.

Guidelines:

  • Choose a custom domain name that reflects your brand, business, or application name.

  • Register the chosen domain name with a domain registrar if you haven't already done so. Popular domain registrars include GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Google Domains.

  • Configure DNS settings to point the custom domain to the IP address or hostname of your application's hosting environment. This typically involves creating DNS records such as A records or CNAME records.

  • Ensure that SSL/TLS certificates are properly configured for the custom domain to enable secure HTTPS connections.
